Migration to Microsoft 365
- The rules in your Google Gmail mailbox will be transferred to Microsoft 365 (for example, if you used the mail forwarding function), but they will need to be additionally activated in the Microsoft 365 Outlook environment following the instructions.
- You will need to create your email signature again (signature data is not transferred from Google Gmail) following the instructions.
- If you have created forms in Google WorkSpace, you can move them to Microsoft 365 Forms by following the instructions.
- If you have shared documents on Google Drive with University staff or non-University community members, you will need to re-grant access to the documents or folders in Microsoft 365 OneDrive. The access granted to the students and alumni of the University remains. Instruction.
